LaunchThe Jaw Protocol: 82% off, held for you for 47:59:59

Gentle programs for one sore spot at a time

For the jaw that's clenched before you wake up,and the mornings you want back.

The Jaw Protocol is four weeks of gentle work on the clenching itself. About 10 minutes a day, guided on your phone, and it starts nowhere near the part that hurts. The first thing people tend to notice is waking up with a little space between their teeth.

A safety question comes before you pay, and some answers stop the sale.

  • About 10 minutes a day, on your phone
  • One payment for the program. No subscription unless you choose one
  • No device to buy: your hands, a towel, a spoon
  • 30-day guarantee

What usually changes

People tend to notice it in ordinary moments,
from the minute they wake up to the minute they lie down.

These are changes people commonly report with this kind of work, in roughly the order they tend to show up. This isn't a schedule or a promise, and no two days are the same.

  • Waking up with your back teeth already together.

Waking up with a little space between your teeth.

  • Catching your teeth together in every meeting.

Noticing at 4pm that they've been apart for a while.

  • Yawning carefully, behind your hand, in two halves.

    A yawn that just happens.

  • Temples aching by the end of the workday.

Getting to the evening and forgetting to check them.

  • Sitting on the couch, aware of your shoulders all evening.

Noticing at 9pm that they came down at some point.

  • Lying down at night and waiting for your body to relax.

Lying down and relaxing without having to work at it.

Before you buy

What happens when you buy.

  1. A safety question comes first.

Before you pay, we ask about a few things, like a jaw that locks, a recent injury, or numbness or tingling. Some answers close the checkout before any money moves. If you take a blood thinner or you're pregnant, you go on only once your doctor has said yes.

  2. Then it opens on your phone.

After you pay, you'll see one to three pages with offers you can skip. Then Day 1 is waiting. There's no password. You sign in with your email.

  3. You have 30 days.

If it's not for you, email support@myofascialprotocol.com. If something got in your way, we will offer to fix it first. If you'd still rather have your money back, the answer is yes.

  4. Ask before you buy, or after.

Write to support@myofascialprotocol.com. Our assistant answers. There's no form to fill out and no phone call.

What people ask before they buy.

How long does it take each day?

Most days take 5 to 10 minutes. Once a week, the longer session takes about 15 minutes.

Every step runs on a timer, so you don't have to watch the clock. If a day goes badly, there's a two-minute version you can do on the edge of the bed. And nothing resets if you miss a day. You just pick up where you left off.

Will it hurt?

It shouldn't. Nothing in this program is ever done through pain.

Most of the pressure is about as hard as you'd press a peach to see if it's ripe. Tender is fine: a dull ache that eases while you hold. Sharp, electric, spreading, numb, tingling or dizzy is not. If you feel any of those, stop.

Some people feel a mild ache in the jaw muscle the day after the first session, a bit like legs after a long walk. It should fade within a day. If it doesn't, or it feels sharp, stop and read the red flags page in your app. It's in Start here, before Day 1.

Is this a treatment for TMJ?

No. This program works on tension and holding: the clenching, the tight muscles, the habit of keeping your teeth together. It does not treat TMJ disorder, or any other condition.

Plenty of people with a tight jaw have never been told they have anything. Some have. If you have, ask whoever looks after it whether this is right for you.

Some things should go to a dentist or doctor first, before any of this. A jaw that locks open or shut. A bite that has changed. A recent injury to your jaw, head or neck. Those need someone to look at them.

I wear a night guard. Can I still do this?

Yes. Keep wearing it the way your dentist told you. Nothing in this program asks you to stop.

A night guard protects your teeth at night. This program works on something else: the habit of holding your teeth together, mostly in the day, and the tight muscles that do the holding. The two sit side by side.

If you're not sure, show your dentist what you're doing. There's a page in the app to help you talk it through with them.

I take blood thinners, or I'm pregnant. Can I do this?

Please ask your doctor first. If you take a blood-thinning medicine, or you're pregnant, even gentle pressure work should get your doctor's yes before you start.

The safety question before you pay asks about both. If either one applies, you can go on only once your doctor has said yes.

This program never asks you to change a medicine. If you have a question about yours, that one is for your doctor.

Will anything charge me every month?

No. You pay once for the program, and it's yours for life. After you buy, you're offered an optional membership. It only starts if you choose it, and you can cancel it online any time.

When do the other programs open?

There's no date yet. Each one opens when every day of it is written and checked, and not before. Until then, nothing is sold for it.

What if it's not for me?

You have 30 days. Email support@myofascialprotocol.com and say you'd like a refund.

If something got in your way, like a sign-in problem or a step that didn't make sense, we'll try to fix it first. If you still want your money back, you get it.

If you were charged twice, or bought an add-on you didn't mean to, tell us. We refund those on the first ask.

How we work

Written down before you pay.

A program opens only when it's written.

Every day of it has to exist before we sell it. Until then, it says Coming later.

Safety before the sale.

The safety question can stop a purchase. We'd rather lose the sale than sell to someone who should see a doctor first.

A crossed-out price only while it's true.

The launch price runs on your own clock. When it ends, the full price is what you pay.

No made-up proof.

We don't invent reviews or star ratings. The pictures on this site are illustrations, and nobody in them is a customer.

Self-care, not medical care.

This isn't a treatment for any condition. It never asks you to change a medicine, and it doesn't replace your dentist or doctor.

We never sell your data.

Your practice, your notes and your messages never go to advertisers. When you buy, we tell Meta a sale happened. The privacy page says exactly what we send.
